Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui is a loved central stay for many — right in the centre beside K11 Art Mall with the metro, Victoria Harbour and Harbour City all easy, a sea-view upgrade with a hidden walk-in closet, a clean tidy comfortable room, and warm human staff across desk, restaurant, cleaning and luggage. Caveats though are serious: a severe dissent warns not to book — a tiny room, an inoperative keycard needing several calls, a huge urine-like smell that air freshener could not fix, and sleepless nights amid old fittings.
