“Hyatt St Paul's split”

Hyatt Place St Paul/Downtown divides reviewers — fans praise a quiet very nice convenient hotel with fantastic high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, a nice fitness room and laundry, an efficient valet, a fast post-journey check-in with takeout help, friendly waiters and staff, and a liked breakfast. Caveats though: a severe dissent warns of zero food nearby after seven and aggressive homeless men insulting guests beside an unsafe-feeling night block; the complimentary breakfast ran watery for another and one minibar arrived broken with only inconvenient downstairs storage offered.

Rooms: Tall windows; a minibar nit though.
Service: Friendly staff for the guests on stays.
Location: A convenient location for the guests here.
Food: A liked breakfast; a watery nit though.
Facilities: Well kept facilities for the guests here.
Value: Fine value for the guests on stays.
Noise: Quiet for some; an area dissent.
Cleanliness: Nice for the guests on stays.
