“Maison Métier's charm”
Maison Métier is a stunning memorable boutique stay — a beautifully-designed building with thoughtful elegant charm and character, near-silent even by day, stylish comfortable rooms (a premium one was large with a good bathroom), a perfect location minutes' walk to the French Quarter near great business-district restaurants, strong privacy and historic feel, the distinctive Salon Salon bar, daily tea and coffee delivery with a decadent door treat, and warm attentive beyond-hospitable service. Caveats though: one guest rated service okay rather than excellent.
