“Sleek Zurich tower, service slips”
Park Hyatt Zurich is a sleek financial-district tower — lovely atmospheric rooms, a tasty breakfast, a very friendly front desk and concierge, tram and supermarket nearby, and the lake a walk away. Some find it undeserving of Zurich's luxury summit though: dated-feeling rooms, facilities they rate mid-tier, an unordered breakfast, a toothbrush that took until 11pm to arrive, and a chaotic lobby restaurant with forgotten orders and cold food.
