“Krakow Indigo's station-side comfort”
Hotel Indigo Krakow - Old Town is a clean, quiet hotel within walking distance of the central station, Barbican and Czartoryski Museum — extremely comfortable spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff, an exceptional Christmas set dinner, nearby supermarket and coin laundry, and member early check-in. The complaints matter: sink hot water was hard to get, housekeeping entered despite a do-not-disturb sign, checkout staffer Max was curt to an empty lobby, a fifth-floor room caught evening roof noise, and the breakfast felt three-star — few hot dishes, Polish-English only, no photos.
