“Station-side Krakow convenience, kind staff”
Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto sits opposite the train and bus stations and the Galeria mall — excellent links to trams, buses and the airport, and a walkable hop to the old town. Guests praise the nice-looking rooms with good beds, a nice breakfast spread, and exceptionally kind, approachable staff — one employee is named for going the extra mile with every request. Minor notes: rooms are tidy but amenities are limited, and the downstairs restaurant runs a little expensive. Reviewers call it perfect for a business trip.
