“Tokyo Station door, tiny rooms”
Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Marunouchi wins on location alone — steps from Tokyo Station's exit, direct Narita Express arrivals, an airport bus below, and effortless Shinkansen access for early trains; helpful English-speaking staff even coordinated adjacent same-floor rooms. Otherwise it's standard: small-but-comforting rooms (small even by Tokyo standards for the rate) and a fairly basic breakfast spread.
