“Florence's columbus urban”
Slightly off the very centre — a ten-minute taxi, which in small Florence barely matters, with the hotel calling cars — Columbus Urban Resort is a satisfying stylish stay: a big well-decorated clean room, friendly efficient staff carrying bags and giving map guides, a much-liked breakfast with fresh coffee and sunrise views, a spa wellness area, a beautiful river-view room and an incredible rooftop dinner. Dissents though: unwashed stained sheets on one first night, a promised takeaway breakfast never provided before a dawn flight, a broken cold AC, a small room for one and an early eleven checkout.
