“43 Station's station-side stay, heat fail”
43 Station Hotel is a nice, convenient Milan hotel five minutes from the station — a quiet area, easy train access, a cold-water dispenser, small cozy rooms with comfortable beds and hot water, and friendly accommodating staff (Dona thanked) who offered fans. The complaints overwhelm: no working AC despite the ad — a shower leak flooded into the bedroom and it was too hot to sleep; a top-floor room stayed stifling at the lowest setting through a painful sleepless night (should have slept at the airport); a 35°C AC breakdown with a run-down secondary building and photos that didn't match; and poor restroom hygiene — a bad bathtub and broken showerhead.
