“Villa Cora's Florentine splendor”
Villa Cora draws rave reviews — a palace-like villa with a stunning atrium halfway up the hill near Piazzale Michelangelo, palace-quiet surroundings, a good breakfast (dinner average), an outdoor pool, a downtown shuttle, and impeccable service; a honeymoon stay brought a mind-blowing two-bathroom suite upgrade. Caveats though: a Deluxe room ran small with weak lighting, only one restaurant operates, and one guest called the service the worst and the hotel not worth its rate.
