“Capri palace views, split service”
Capri Tiberio Palace offers a great location with amazing views, artistic design, a wonderful pool and spa, and a great breakfast. Service divides sharply: many guests report warmth, thoughtfulness and anticipation that exceeded expectations — including reservation help and luggage logistics — while others met a terrible-attitude desk that didn't speak English, a half-hour wait for a toothbrush and water, an unprofessional tour, and rooms that fell well short of listing photos.
