Pazziella is a beautiful renovated oasis in the middle of Capri town — a private garden and pool, big light-filled rooms with superb bedding and extra-soft towels, superb food and bar, and a reception-and-concierge team (Ludovica named) whose warmth makes stays world-class; WhatsApp pre-arrival is seamless. But inconsistencies hurt: a sea-view room actually faced hotels and a noisy tennis court, a suite's balcony jacuzzi didn't work, breakfast felt limited, the stone-path luggage haul begs for a shuttle, and one guest found it simply not worth the tariff.
