The Ashbee Hotel is an excellent true-five-star stay — the best one guest stayed at in Taormina, a beautiful peaceful boutique hotel close to the center in green surroundings, a big room with a comfortable bed, a delicious breakfast, an amazing sea view from the pool, pristine extremely clean rooms and grounds, incredible food, impeccable service, and very friendly warm staff who thoughtfully arranged a quiet room for a noise-sensitive guest — which worked very well; a second-time stay confirmed it.
