Baglioni Hotel Luna is a beautiful prime-location stay — clean tidy comfortable-bedded rooms (decor a little dated for one) facing a pretty canal, an excellent breakfast, excellent concierge services, valet parking with shuttles, a designer-shopping-street address, and warm welcoming helpful courteous staff. Caveats though: a departing guest felt nickel-and-dimed — the dear parking shuttle and water taxi were guest-paid without clear explanation — and would try a different hotel.
