“Qiushui Villa's West Lake perfection”
Qiushui Villa is a flawless West Lake retreat — proactive butlers who contact guests before arrival, arrange airport pickups and free room upgrades, and handle transfers throughout; rooms with beautiful lake views and quality fittings, a distinctive breakfast cooked in-room or served at a private windowsill, a tea ceremony with Joyce sharing villa stories, in-room spa treatments and reserved window seats at the neighboring 1913 restaurant, plus generous welcome treats and take-home silk slippers and toiletries. One caveat: a guest missed enrollment in the facial-recognition entry and was locked out late at night; breakfast was also merely fine for them.
