“Fashion-district boutique, best-service claims”
Vakko Hotel and Residence is a small, new-modern Istanbul boutique guests call the city's best service — amazing rooms with everything needed, impeccable luxury-trained young staff (front-office supervisor Deniz Burnukara plus Argan and Ebrahim thanked), excellent restaurant food, chocolates and pastries, and wonderful room service in a great shopping-district location. One strong counterweight: a family found a normal sofa instead of the booked sofa bed with no alternative offered, porters mocking them in front, and a ninety-minute room delay. Others note it is expensive for its size, and many dishes contain pork — worth knowing for halal diners.
