“Quirky design boutique opposite Gamla Stan”
Lydmar Hotel is a stylish, quirky boutique on the Stockholm waterfront opposite the old town, walkable to most sights. Guests love the designer interiors — art, books and well-chosen furniture — spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms, a breakfast with great options that reviewers urge others not to skip, and a delicious lunch burger. Staff are welcoming, friendly and able to help with everything. The critiques are small but real: food beyond breakfast is judged unimpressive by one guest, and housekeeping details like rugs and dusting — one lamp literally dusty — need attention.
