Yet staffing runs thin: the desk is often unmanned at night, peak breakfast leaves tables uncleared so guests wait, poolside service is equally scarce, the pool area's cushions are frankly gross, and litter is not cleared often enough. One arrival found the room unclean with dead air conditioning — not acceptable at this rate — and an ocean view villa turned out to be mostly pool with a sliver of sea; the breakfast buffet is called an overpriced mistake — Café Eno is the alternative, with a queue.
