“Omni Louisville's split”
Omni Louisville Hotel is a marvelous nice stay — a very clean classy hotel that became one guest's official favorite in Louisville, a good service team with desk agent Maria singled out as very kind and helpful, in-room dining service, a coffee machine and an ironing board. Caveats though: no slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste are provided — bring your own — and one guest waited up to ninety minutes past check-in time for the room to be ready.
