“Omni Royal Orleans' historic heart”
Omni Royal Orleans Hotel is a beautiful, historic French Quarter hotel — an unbeatable heart-of-everything location steps from restaurants and music, quiet rooms despite the setting (sleep never disturbed), beautiful maintained rooms with loved balconies, a working-strong AC in ultimate heat, and exceptional friendly welcoming service that exceeds the building's age. The complaints: the lift worked half the time; a balcony door didn't fully close; toilets were only okay; and an undisclosed thirty-dollar daily room charge surfaced at checkout — it should show at booking.
