“Hanoi's pullman hotel”
In a quiet spot two-to-three kilometres from the old quarter, Pullman Hanoi is a very nice overall-good stay for many: clean comfortable well-organized surroundings, friendly helpful staff, a nice pool, a gym and pickleball, a varied quality breakfast, comfy mattresses and pillows, daily refreshes and a high-floor upgrade away from the low-floor renovation. Dissents though: a severe desk comment dismissing a husband's birthday as already past, below-five-star cleanliness amid construction, a small pool, no USB ports and a TV without internet.
