“Zoku's loft stay”
On a nice city-centre location, Zoku Amsterdam is a lovely interesting stay: a spacious apartment-style room with an interesting layout, great common areas and amenities, an okay-if-limited breakfast and wonderful helpful staff who made rooms perfect — guests totally return. A serious pan though: a booked 1.8-metre bed arrived as a sub-1.5-metre wall-side mattress below budget-hotel standard for the near-two-thousand rate, in a first-floor corner road-side room amid shabby surroundings — truly terrible for that guest.
