Is Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection by Hilton good? Overview, pros and cons
Staylist AI overview · based on 5 public guest reviews
“Kwetu Nairobi's modern stay, rigid rules”
Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection by Hilton is a modern Nairobi hotel — one of the city's best per fans, with an outstanding breakfast called the best at a five-star, tasty Upepo dinners, professional friendly staff, a spa and good rest. The complaints: a severe Chinese review — an original passport was mandatory at check-in (no photos or copies), forcing an after-hours document delivery and lobby-only waiting; the AC blew only freezing air; cups bore permanent yellow stains, the soap dispenser contained rust-colored clumps, and the kettle held black debris; all sockets were Euro-standard with no adapters supplied; signage was so unclear the breakfast room took ten minutes and two askings to find; plus narrow corridors where barefoot feet risk small metal joints.
