“Gem Forest's split”
Gem Forest Hotel Nairobi, MGallery Collection is an amazing stay for many — a beautiful facility and rooms, nice decoration, a great spa and open pool, and absolutely-wonderful friendly attentive staff always ready to help. Caveats though: a severe dissent says the service is not five-star — the room went uncleaned across a two-day stay, the kitchen closed before ten leaving no proper dinner, and the rooftop restaurant left a guest unattended over thirty minutes despite calls to staff.
