“Kowloon's regal hotel”
Regal Kowloon Hotel earns wonderful first-choice marks for many: a second perfect stay, a best-in-district value and location, friendly conscientious staff, a really clean well-maintained new-feeling room, beautiful harbour views, a rich breakfast and a warm agent named Jacob. One nit though: slightly loud cooling for light sleepers. Many guests called it a dependable harbour-side base.
