Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews

“Collins street's novotel”

On Collins Street facing Chinatown and a short tram from the key sights, Novotel Melbourne on Collins is an enjoyable well-located stay: a quite spacious room, a comfortable bed, very friendly staff, daily cleaning, a good breakfast and a small-but-great pool and spa. Cautions though: lift works leaving one elevator running, a broken lift, spa and fridge on one unlucky stay and the downsized pool itself.

Rooms: Spacious comfy amid the works dissent.
Service: Friendly staff praised by guests on most stays.
Location: Collins street for guests here on most stays.
Food: A good breakfast for guests on most stays.
Facilities: Pool spa amid the works dissent.
Value: Good amid the dissent noted on most stays.
