The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur is a great very good stay — a great location with easy access that suits families, clean comfortable well-maintained rooms including a three-bedroom option for a family, and friendly helpful professional kind staff whose service is called the biggest selling point of this old-school brand; a very good two-night experience. Caveats though: the style is traditional rather than smart-room modern, the breakfast was merely ordinary, and there is no drive-up parking at the door — the drop-off sits across the street.
