“Lisbon's sofitel liberdade”
On the Avenida da Liberdade, Sofitel Lisbon Liberdade is a pleasant great stay for many: clean okay-sized rooms, nice attentive friendly staff, an upgrade for one party and a true five-star service feeling for another. Dissents though: a more-like-four verdict — an uncomfortable bed, air conditioning warm even at sixteen, a minimal breakfast spread with staff-dependent toasting, twice-requested slippers that never came, a sometimes-flooding toilet, no bedside charging and dim lights.
