“Queenstown's sofitel stay”
On a quiet city-centre road opposite a famous burger spot — the lake walkable, balcony skyline views — Sofitel Queenstown - Hotel & Spa is a fantastic all-good stay for many: a clean tidy bright spacious room, nice deco, quality Balmain amenities, excellent thoughtful service, a packed breakfast for an early departure, and a definitely-return pick. A severe dissent though: a not-ready room past check-in, a twenty-minute wait even for bar drinks that never arrived, a confused front desk contradicting itself on payment methods, hard-to-follow accented speech and an undertrained-staff won't-return verdict.
