Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi is an older but luxurious city-centre hotel with captivating, aesthetic-rich interiors and genuinely welcoming staff — luggage carried to rooms, flowers delivered on the last day, and a breakfast box with fresh cappuccino produced for a very early departure. The breakfast is huge and delicious with excellent Indian dishes, and rooms are clean and comfortable if small. When the pool closed for an event, the hotel arranged another property's pool with transport — thoughtful recovery.
