“New delhi's royal plaza”
A good cool stay for some, Hotel the Royal Plaza brings: helpful staff, decent clean rooms, great beer and a good pool in a pretty building. Dissents though: a severe worst-ever report — a bed and mattress full of hair staff said they could not clean, a smelly room, an unannounced outside-food ban and an early checkout — plus constantly-failing keycards needing repeated reprogramming and an aggressive tip-hunting attitude from staff.
