“Edinburgh's lounge leader”
Super convenient for exploring the Old Town on foot with eateries around and the castle walkable, Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa is a great comfortable stay: lovely rooms — a castle-view one ran small but comfy — Edinburgh's best club lounge per a guest, a praised breakfast of order items plus buffet, and a warm concierge named for standout service. A serious complaint though: one guest reported terrible service (a slow deposit refund plus unrelated room charges deducted from the deposit unsigned, called unreasonable and reported to the platform.)
