“Cathedral-adjacent Porto gem, hill climb”
This Tapestry Collection property is a clean, uncrowded stay opposite Porto’s cathedral — the hotel’s excellent attentive staff who surprised one birthday arrival, rates bundling breakfast and dinner for a worry-free stay, and an excellent central position five minutes from São Bento station, metro and the Dom Luís bridge. Two notes: it perches atop a hill so the walk back is hard, and one guest found the room very small and the staff unfriendly, judging better options nearby.
