“avid Tijuana's spotless budget stay”
avid hotel Tijuana - Otay by IHG is an extremely clean, modern budget hotel — very comfortable beds, great service with strong English at the front desk, nice room amenities, a well-located spot, a basic breakfast, and an army of cleaning staff — including a deaf employee guests call the friendliest, hardest-working person; a glasses-wearing desk agent earned similar warmth. Notes: kids can be heard screaming at times, and requested extra towels never arrived by checkout.
