“Waldorf Bangkok's attentive Erawan perch”
Waldorf Astoria Bangkok is an attentive, superb-hospitality hotel close to the Erawan Shrine and Central World — clean rooms, delicious room service, a good restaurant, a nice gym, and a concierge and personal-assistant team who anticipate every need. One unhappy guest reports booking a Deluxe Cityview room but receiving a lower-floor accessible king with no welcome amenity, calling reception poor and suggesting a neighbor hotel instead; others found base rooms small but acceptable.
