“Canal Street riverfront”

On Canal Street with stunning Mississippi River and cityscape views — the French Quarter walkable — The Westin New Orleans is a wonderful riverfront gem: centrally located yet quiet, spacious stylish rooms with plush bedding, helpful friendly staff and daily resort credit that doesn't roll over. Dissents: an excellent stay had only a stiff bathroom door and missing bin liners, but one guest reported an older hotel with average facilities and poor service (a twentieth-floor shower that ran cold-to-lukewarm, a front desk suggesting to let it run, and nobody ever checking.)

Rooms: Spacious stylish rooms for guests here.
Service: Friendly amid a cold shower report.
Location: Canal Street riverfront for guests. The location serves guests well on stays.
Food: Daily resort credit for guests. Food serves guests well throughout stays here.
Facilities: Dated amid the shower report here.
Value: A definite repeat amid dissent. Value lands well for most guests here.
Cleanliness: Fine for guests on most stays.
