“Pavilion's Catalina perch”
Pavilion Hotel is a lovely Catalina stay — a perfect unbeatable location walkable to everything, a lovely courtyard, clean rooms with super comfortable beds, cute key and water-bottle details, and friendly helpful staff; a manager personally found a guest's left-behind car keys. Caveats though: both mattresses ran smaller than their queen frames, the room fits a family of four snugly, breakfast options are limited, and key recovery involved a sister-hotel form.
