“Buenos aires' almarena”
Near the cruise terminal, Almarena Puerto Retiro Affiliated by Melia is an amazing-value stay for some: big spacious clean bright comfortable rooms, a nice gym and pool and a packed breakfast for an early departure. Cautions though: a fairly ordinary atmosphere, no food shops nearby, painful holiday rates and a severe noise report — next-door partying until 4am with two desk complaints ignored.
