“Room Mate Luca's artsy Florence stay”
Room Mate Luca, Florence is a nicely-located Florence hotel — walking distance to the town's sights with a bus at the door, an artful Florentine decor sense, a complimentary lobby minibar, a great breakfast served until noon, a safe location, and very nice staff. The complaints: a twin request never reached the hotel — the substitute was a bizarre four-door room facing the elevator that seemed partitioned from a corridor, with a next-day swap offer arriving too late for an itinerary; at 2am something occurred [truncated]; it's thirteen minutes' walk or ten by bus from the station — luggage-unfriendly over uneven paths; and the tissue box held crumpled rolled tissues.
