“Hotel Elements' gaps”
Elements by Marquis is an amazing stay for many — a nice clean room with a great bathroom, friendly really helpful staff who went beyond to settle guests into the city, many restaurant options close by, and expectations exceeded. Caveats though: front rooms pick up some noise, one guest found the service odd, and a dissent reports missing shower towels plus an ignored housekeeping request that left the room unserviced.
