Is Villatel Orlando Resort good? Overview, pros and cons

“Villatel's gated villas”
Villatel Orlando Resort is a great clean stay — a gated resort of almost-brand-new beautiful villas with great furniture, a reserved parking space at the door, a private pool, a fun water park, good food, tons of amenities, and a unique American-style kids' room that delighted children on a grateful two-week family trip. Caveats though: one family had check-in problems — instructions never arrived until five in the evening after long correspondence with the hotel.
