“Winter Park's repeat base”
Convenient in Winter Park near a Whole Foods with mostly business guests, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Winter Park earns three-visit loyalty for its location, nicely-appointed comfortable impeccable rooms, relaxing environment and friendly attentive professional staff — breakfast draws so-so to excellent verdicts. Serious amenity failures though: rock-hard beds per one guest, and hot water that never got hot — guests were told to run it twenty minutes, an odd fit beside the hotel's water-saving signage, plus a bathroom door needing muscle.
