“Hotel Jaypee's warning”
Jaypee Palace Hotel is a beautiful loved stay for many — immaculate grounds, super friendly wonderful helpful staff, multiple restaurant options, amazing food at Cafe Resto with gola kebab, paneer lababdar and kulfi rated perfectly with standout service from Sumit, and a location close to the Taj Mahal. Caveats though are severe: a report describes bedbugs with a refused refund and a duty manager who allegedly knew of the infestation, calling the hotel extremely dirty, while another says the ageing property needs renovation.
