“Margaritaville Gatlinburg's mixed stay”
Margaritaville Resort Gatlinburg is a clean, peaceful Gatlinburg resort — a perfect walkable location near restaurants, shops and attractions, spacious comfortable rooms with big beautiful bathrooms, a nice pool and spa facilities, ample parking, detail-minded housekeeping, and friendly staff (James at the bar praised). Two real complaints though: one guest told to expect an 11am check-in waited four hours, calling the resort overrated; another found the fitness-room AC broken for the entire stay despite multiple reports, plus a loud balcony-housed unit that ruined balcony time and room quiet.
