The complaints are heavy: super old and rundown on a rough block beside a boarded-up homeless camp — old rooms, dirty carpets, hall holes and overcharged valet-only parking; a moldy twin room with stained spring-feeling mattresses left a child itching with bumps — the promised manager contact and resort-fee refund never came in a week; a scary lift and dramatic breakfast per a Polish note; and weak shower pressure.
