The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills is an outstanding all-suite hotel — beautiful large clean suites with giant bathrooms and tubs, an ideal base for LA in any direction, noticeably delightful staff (F&B manager Carlos was particularly attentive), excellent value, clubs and a cozy 24-hour shop nearby, and helpful service rare for LA. Two sharp complaints: a guest alleges housekeeping stole their cash during breakfast cleaning and the hotel dragged its feet and shielded the employee — outrageous for five stars; and road-facing rooms are very noisy — sports cars past all night with poor insulation made sleep impossible.
