“No-frills uptown NOLA, warm staff”
Alder Hotel Uptown New Orleans is a clean, well-sorted no-frills property — spacious tidy rooms, free parking, a great pool, tasty morning coffee, and super helpful staff (their airport taxi tip beats rideshare rates) that keep one family returning for years. It's perfectly positioned for university or Ochsner visits. No fitness facilities — day-pass a local gym — and one night the AC failed, though a fan arrived.
