“Island House's plush split”
Island House Newport is a very clean new-looking boutique — super nice tastefully-decorated plush rooms with top-tier amenities and incredibly-plush high beds (a step stool would help), essentials plus bicycles and self-parking, a great spot by the beach and shops a couple of blocks from downtown. Caveats though: a severe report describes a dark noisy first-floor room with strong unventilated renovation smell and a refused move, missing coffee spoons and napkins, and a dissent found the reception distant — odd for a boutique.
