“Nara's royal hotel”
In Nara, Nara Royal Hotel is a perfect-aspect stay for onsen fans: a nice private onsen locals travel to soak in, clean water, top service with best staff, a generous highly-recommended breakfast, a nearby mall and food, in-floor microwaves and vending machines, a close train station and a huge never-full car park. Dissents though: a state-run nineties style with dated facilities, a lobby stuffed with souvenir shops, small rooms, no self-laundry and a slightly remote position.
