“Friendly little Rome hotel, tiny face”
Hotel Degli Artisti is a lovely, friendly little Rome hotel within walking distance of the major sights — nice not-too-small clean cozy rooms, proper family suites with terraces, a pleasant lounge and bar, quiet nights with comfortable beds, a decent breakfast, and staff who sometimes upgrade rooms free. The frontage is easy to miss, beds run small in the European way, service was courteous rather than warm for a late arrival, and the lifts are tiny — though porters do carry bags.
